In our sessions we focus on what’s going well, what you truly want instead, and how we can shift your mindset toward ease and confidence. Every session is tailored to you, helping you discover small, manageable changes that lead to real results.It uses focused relaxation and trance to strengthen your natural coping skills, helping you find practical solutions and notice positive changes quickly.Every session is tailored to your needs, so you leave feeling empowered and in control.



What to Expect

Your session starts with a quick chat about your goals, then I guide you into a relaxed state where you remain fully aware but focused.Using Solution Focused techniques, we explore practical solutions and strengthen your natural coping skills.Sessions last around 50 minutes and leave you feeling calm, clear, and empowered.



Fees & Packages

Single Session: £70 (50 minutes)
A focused, one-on-one session tailored to your goals.
4-Session Package: £240 (£60 per session)
Book four sessions in advance and enjoy a small saving. This is ideal if you want to build momentum and make lasting change.
All sessions are conducted online, from the comfort of your own space. Payment is taken in advance via Stripe when booking.
